Now the snow has finally melted, we are now
ready to run our 4 man team event, The Tyrol
Team Classic 2010, which has been running
since 2004.
It is a league event which runs from March -
July consisting of 4 or 5 teams local to
your area with the winners of each league
going through to our FREE National Finals in
late July/early August.
The qualifying teams will win a place to an
expense paid Grand Final in
Kitzbuhel, Austria during the middle of
September 2010
playing at outstanding
golf courses with luxury
accommodation.

We would like you to enter a
team of four golfers with two reserves (if
required) from among your golfing friends,
either from your club or elsewhere. However
a home course must be stated.

Once
your team has been entered, we will put
your team in a league of a maximum
of 5 teams
which will be played from March 2010 to July
2010.
You will play other teams in your league with
2 players playing at home with the other
two players playing at the away
venue.
The format is BETTER BALL STABLEFORD
off 3/4 handicap with
the score from each pair (home and away) added together to
create a team score. The team will score league points as follows:
LEAGUE
POINTS
Fixture Win 1 point
Fixture Draw 1/2 point
Fixture Loss 0 points
and then BONUS POINTS of
Home/Away Pair Win 1 points
Draw Home/Away Pair1/2 point
Loss Home/Away Pair 0 points.

In the league, the home pair and the
away pair do not have to play on the same
date. The only rule is that both matches must
be played by the "PLAY BY" date. Courtesy of the course is often
given, however in the event it is not, we
suggest you share the fees at the guests'
rate.

The
winners of each league o will automatically
go through to the UK Nationals Finals during
late July 2009/early August 2010.. All National finals
will be held at first class venues where dinner
and golf is complimentary.
The
qualifying teams at the National Finals will win
a place to Austria for the Grand Finals
during 12th - 17th September 2010.
Your
prize will consist of Return flights
(excluding luggage and golf club carriage), 5
nights accommodation on a Half Board
Basis, Welcome Drink, 3 Rounds of Competition
Golf at 3 different courses, Transfers while in Austria and a
Presenation
Dinner with awards for all the Grand Finalists
on the last evening.
